Our client can place the order through our website, or sending email to our sales team.

Following steps to be followed in case of order through our website:

  • On the report details page, select license type i.e. Single User, Multi-User Or Enterprise Level License
  • Click on the Buy Now button and fill in your details at the checkout page and select preferred payment method (AnalystView ensures that client information is kept secure and private)
  • Our secure payment gateway will redirect you to the selected option where you can make the payment through your credit card, debit card or through your PayPal account
  • In case you want to place an order via email, write to our sales team on [email protected] along with your detailed requirements. Post your mail, our customer representative will contact you within 24 working hour and finalize the order process

Delivery Format

  • Online Delivery: With electronic delivery being the fastest option, we encourage clients to order reports electronically. Usually, all electronic information reports are dispatched within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment
  • Physical Delivery: We shall sent you a printed copy of the purchased report through courier to your registered address within 6-7 working days from the date of receipt of order payment. In case of hard-copy products, delivery to some markets may be delayed due to local carriers and other formalities.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Due to the type of information provided in our reports, AnalystView usually does not accept returns of reports once dispatched
  • Refunds may occasionally be offered (under the special conditions) solely at the discretion of the management
  • In the case of missing or incomplete data in purchased market research report, AnalystView will provide free customization
